US futures are indicating a higher open. European equity markets have opened in the positive territory, following a choppy session in Asia that ended with a mostly higher performance. A few surprises came from RBA's Statement on Monetary Policy, which showed that inflation is projected to remain above target band with a tightening cycle extending further into 2023. Similar comments came from Norway’s central bank. ECB officials also said that rates must rise further with inflation remaining too high, and that 1Q23 to be optimal for QT to start, while the BOE issued a notably downbeat statement.
