Copper and gold drill results didn’t meet investor expectations for shares of a resource explorer Monday. Here’s some small stocks making big moves on Monday, Aug. 26:
Sun Metals Corp (TSXV:SUNM) shares sank 18% to $0.35 on Monday after the resource explorer announced additional results from drilling at its Stardust project in British Columbia, which included 86.40 metres grading 3.00% copper equivalent (1.65% copper and 1.56 g/t gold).
As well, shares of DynaCERT Inc. (TSXV:DYA) climbed 17% to $0.495 as the clean-tech company said its wholly-owned European subsidiary, dynaCERT GmbH, has received approval for marketing, sales, installation and use of the company’s HydraGEN Technology in Germany, which will be utilized throughout the entire European Union.
Namaste Technologies Inc (TSXV:N), meanwhile, reported that its board of directors has named Meni Morim as its chief executive officer and appointed him to the vompany’s board. Meni has served as the company’s interim CEO since Feb. 4, and the company’s chief product officer since May 2018. Namaste Technologies stock popped 14% to $0.455 following the announcement.
Finally, Ressources Minieres Radisson Inc (TSXV:RDS) shares gained 15% to $0.19 after the gold explorer announced that Rob McEwen made a $500,000 investment in the company as part of a $6-million bought deal private placement financing that Radisson Mining closed recently.
