iShares Trust - iShares International Treasury Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. The fund is co-managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors and BlackRock International Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets of developed countries across the globe, excluding the United States. The fund primarily invests in sovereign bonds denominated in local currencies with a maturity of greater than one year and rated A- by S&P and A3 by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE World Government Bond Index - Developed Markets Capped Select Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares Trust - iShares International Treasury Bond ETF was formed on January 21, 2009 and is domiciled in the United States.
