Investment Strategy

The investment policy of the Fund is to invest in shares of ATMOS MASTER INVESTMENT FUND SHARES, CNPJ under No. 11.188.572/0001-62 ("Invested Fund"), whose investment policy is applied in the financial market in order to provide customers with long-term income from investments predominantly in the stock market in Brazil. The Invested Fund seeks to invest in companies with growth potential, sustainable competitive advantages in the long term and management in order to create value for all shareholders. The Invested Fund may make use of financial derivative instruments in the market in order to protect the expected returns as well as provide its investors yields higher interest rates in the long run. The fund maintains at least 95% (ninety five percent) of its assets invested in shares of the Fund Invested.
