Investment Strategy

The fund's investment objective is to achieve a yield advantage by using fundamental value analysis to evaluate investments. If currently invests in units of Signature Corporate Bond Fund. When we determine that it is cost-efficient for shareholders to do so, the funds will instead invest directly in a portfolio of securities. The fundamental investment objective of the fund can only be changed with the approval of a majority of the votes cast by unit holders at a meeting called specifically to vote on the change to the investment objectives.

Biography	Geof Marshall, Vice-President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager, heads the high-yield bond team at Signature Global Advisors. Biography	John Shaw, Vice-President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager started in the investment industry in 1990. Prior to joining Signature in 2004, he worked at Canada Life Assurance for 13 years, most recently as a U.S. corporate bond trader. Mr. Shaw holds a BA in Economics from Queen’s University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
