Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of companies with market capitalizations at the time of investment comparable to companies in the Russell 1000 Index. It will not be forced to sell a stock because it has exceeded or fallen below the current market capitalization range. The fund may invest up to 25% of its net assets in non-U.S. equity securities that are U.S. dollar-denominated.
