Fed has completely bungled this, Powell will go down as a middling Chair of the Fed at best. Missed the obvious signs of inflation, bought the lies of the Biden Admin that it was transitory, then to make up for his error he screws up by hiking rates far too fast over such a short period. Will be studied by future economists as a massive bug up and example of how not to weild Fed power.
