South African retail sales 3.3% vs. 2.5% forecast
Investing.com - Retail sales in South Africa rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, Statistics South Africa Head Office said that South African Retail Sales rose to 3.3%, from 3.0% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from 2.7%.

Analysts had expected South African Retail Sales to fall to 2.5% last month.
