Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.49%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (COP:PNDORA), which rose 4.76% or 37.0 points to trade at 815.0 at the close. Meanwhile, TDC A/S (COP:TDC) added 1.58% or 0.71 points to end at 45.51 and Danske Bank A/S (COP:DANSKE) was up 0.71% or 1.5 points to 214.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Novozymes B (COP:NZYMb), which fell 3.11% or 9.7 points to trade at 302.2 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems (COP:VWS) declined 2.25% or 8.6 points to end at 374.0 and FLSmidth & Co. (COP:FLS) was down 2.03% or 6.2 points to 298.6.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 89 to 57 and 6 ended unchanged.
Shares in Pandora A/S (COP:PNDORA) rose to all time highs; gaining 4.76% or 37.0 to 815.0.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 3.87% or 1.74 to $43.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 2.89% or 1.48 to hit $49.55 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.36% or 4.00 to trade at $1108.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.09% to 6.7667, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4638.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.12% at 97.34.
