Investing.com - The dollar was mostly flat Wednesday ahead of the release of the minutes of the February FOMC meeting.
The dollar index was up 0.07% at 101.52 at 02:45 ET. It eased 0.30% to 113.31 yen.
Fed member Patrick Harker said overnight he sees three hikes this year if the U.S. economic recovery remains on track.
Harker earlier said a March rate hike was not off the table.
However, the odds priced in by the market of such an eventuality remain low.
The euro remained under pressure at the low $1.05 levels as political concerns continued to weighed.
