Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Public Services, Investment and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP declined 0.26%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which rose 1.71% or 200.0 points to trade at 11880.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Bcolombia (CN:BIC) added 1.38% or 360.0 points to end at 26360.0 and Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) was up 1.16% or 320.0 points to 28000.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Interconexion Electrica SA (CN:ISA), which fell 3.02% or 220.0 points to trade at 7060.0 at the close. Isagen SA (CN:ISG) declined 1.80% or 55.0 points to end at 2995.0 and Pfgrupsura (CN:SIS_p) was down 1.63% or 600.0 points to 36200.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 22 to 9 and 2 ended unchanged.
US coffee C for December delivery was up 2.16% or 2.77 to $131.25 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December fell 0.16% or 5.00 to hit $3059.00 , while the December Gold contract rose 1.09% or 12.50 to trade at $1156.80 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.44% to 2857.50, while BRL/COP rose 0.09% to 759.23.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.49% at 94.93.
