Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Financial Services and Agriculture & Food sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.07%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (SE:8150), which rose 6.51% or 0.95 points to trade at 15.55 at the close. Al Hammadi Co (SE:4007) added 4.94% or 1.90 points to end at 40.40 and AL-BABTAIN POWER &TELECOM CO (SE:2320) was up 4.21% or 1.20 points to 29.70 in late trade.
Biggest losers included National Agriculture Development Co (SE:6010), which lost 4.51% or 1.20 points to trade at 25.40 in late trade. United Electronics Company (SE:4003) declined 3.71% or 1.30 points to end at 33.70 and Arab National Bank (SE:1080) shed 3.26% or 0.65 points to 19.30.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 78 to 70 and 30 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for May delivery was up 0.84% or 0.40 to $48.10 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.85% or 0.43 to hit $50.99 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.34% or 4.20 to trade at $1243.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.17% to 4.0516, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7499.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 99.59.
