Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Industrials and Personal & Household Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.96%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb), which rose 2.27% or 11.5 points to trade at 518.5 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 1.41% or 5.2 points to end at 373.7 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) was up 1.18% or 2.9 points to 249.3 in late trade.
Biggest losers included AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb), which lost 7.12% or 860 points to trade at 11220 in late trade. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) declined 6.79% or 790 points to end at 10850 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) shed 3.46% or 20.5 points to 572.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 67 to 49 and 20 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.31% or 0.18 to $57.17 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.79% or 0.51 to hit $63.76 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.49% or 6.32 to trade at $1275.28 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.25% to 6.4262, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4430.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 94.85.
