Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Petrochemicals and Hotels & Tourism sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.07%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030), which rose 9.89% or 2.83 points to trade at 31.45 at the close. Tabuk Cement Co. (SE:3090) added 9.85% or 1.16 points to end at 12.94 and Eastern Province Cement Co. (SE:3080) was up 5.38% or 1.21 points to 23.70 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Telecom (SE:7010), which lost 4.13% or 2.81 points to trade at 65.20 in late trade. Mobile Telecommunications Company (SE:7030) declined 3.78% or 0.25 points to end at 6.37 and Saudi Transport & Investment Co (SE:4110) shed 2.54% or 1.50 points to 57.60.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 93 to 83 and 6 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.04% or 0.02 to $52.20 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.27% or 0.16 to hit $58.28 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.02% or 0.28 to trade at $1278.72 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.41% to 4.4126, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7504.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.33% at 93.84.
