Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Petrochemicals, Media & Publishing and Cement sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.29%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Ceramic Co. (SE:2040), which rose 9.93% or 2.12 points to trade at 23.46 at the close. Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070) added 9.79% or 4.71 points to end at 52.80 and Etihad Etisalat Co (SE:7020) was up 8.03% or 1.31 points to 17.62 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Int Petrochemical Co (SE:2310), which lost 5.25% or 1.21 points to trade at 21.84 in late trade. Rabigh Refining & Petrochemical Co (SE:2380) declined 3.29% or 0.99 points to end at 29.10 and Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210) shed 3.22% or 3.76 points to 113.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 98 to 82 and 6 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.25% or 0.17 to $68.02 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $73.79 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.49% or 6.50 to trade at $1324.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.23% to 4.5496, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.09% at 91.31.
