Stellantis (NYSE:STLA), Monday, unveiled 12 refreshed and electrified compact, mid-size, and large commercial vans as part of the automaker’s Pro One strategic offensive.

The vehicles were revealed for the Citroën, FIAT Professional, Opel, Peugeot, and Vauxhall brands.

The updated commercial vehicle series introduces a 2nd generation of zero-emission technologies, featuring in-house EV battery systems that provide extended range without compromising on capability.

“This 2nd generation of zero-emission vans, in line with customer expectations and offering increased BEV autonomy, additional fuel-cell offer, 18 ADAS, full connectivity, and innovations such as ‘electric Power Take Off’, will reinforce even further our current leadership in BEV vans and in all van segments,” said SVP Xavier Peugeot.

Furthermore, Stellantis solidifies its position as a trailblazer in zero-emission hydrogen fuel-cell propulsion, with advancements that include a 2nd generation of hydrogen fuel-cell power in the mid-size vans set to debut in mid-2024.

This new iteration incorporates Stellantis' exclusive mid-power system and boasts an unprecedented segment record of up to 400 km (249 miles) of range. In 2024, the large vans will also embrace hydrogen fuel-cell propulsion with the mid-power architecture, offering a range of up to 500 km (311 miles) and a speedy refill time of merely five minutes.

Shares of STLA are up 1.32% in mid-day trading Monday.
