Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Healthcare, Technology and Financials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.44%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Lundin Petroleum AB (ST:LUPE), which rose 3.72% or 6.40 points to trade at 178.50 at the close. Atlas Copco AB ser. B (ST:ATCOb) added 0.53% or 1.5 points to end at 286.3 and ABB Ltd (ST:ABB) was up 0.43% or 0.8 points to 186.9 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb), which lost 2.91% or 1.05 points to trade at 35.03 in late trade. Nordea Bank AB (ST:NDA) declined 1.68% or 1.80 points to end at 105.20 and Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb) shed 1.36% or 2.0 points to 144.6.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 516 to 224 and 59 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.40% or 0.19 to $47.48 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.66% or 0.35 to hit $52.40 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.69% or 9.16 to trade at $1339.56 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.10% to 9.4780, while USD/SEK fell 0.58% to 7.9534.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.39% at 92.46.
