FRANKFURT, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Specialty chemicals group Lanxess LXSG.DE on Tuesday said it would stop production at its Ankerweg site in the Netherlands, where it makes base oils for industrial lubricants, by no later than November 2018.
Lanxess acquired the site, which employs about 100, when it acquired U.S. chemicals group Chemtura earlier this year, it said, adding it will pool base oil production at its Elmira site in Canada.
