With the UAE leaving OPEC, it would appear bearish for crude in the longer term. Sounds like they are quite frustrated with the lack of push from their neighbors to get Hormuz open again.

It’s time for de-escalation. US-Iran both can’t afford continuation of war. By end of this week may go down to 85ish. Of course its a cery uncertain situation until they sign an agreement.

Closing a strait of Hormuz doesn't surprise China.For the last 10 years they developed a system how to bypass it 1Payment doesn't go through SWIFT 2.Shadow fleet. 3.Turn of transponders. 4 Iranian oil is transfer to diferent tankers in open sea. 5.China oficialy doesn't declare important of Iranian oil. America will need much more sophisticated approach to take down Great wall.

That's very interesting info HC (Thank you). US is starting to find Iranian origin tankers in open seas so this must raise some concerns with the Chinese. It's unfortunate that they have been funding the terrorist regime by purchasing their oil.
