Up. This is only the beginning. Dont worry about fake tarrifs and garbage trump talk. We need to lower rates otherwise all realestaye will crash. Usa wont lower at same pace. Our economy weakening. Usd will explode soon imo 150-155 by october

Nope. I think we have a pending reslestate crash 6-18 months out. So cdn needs to drop another 100-150 bos this year (im guessing close to 200 bps) usa can’t drop at same pace as they have approx 6 trillion debt coming due and needs to rollover. They need rates high to attract or start a war. If no war then expecting 150 then 155 by mid fall this year
