Lawyer told me Citigroup exercised an option last Thursday (among others)  whereby uwt no longer has to track the index. iow Citigroup get their cake and eat it to. So any payout < $0.61 leaves etn holders holding the bag.

Is that how it will work? I thought it would be based on the 5 day moving average starting today or tomorrow.
 No.. it’s based on 5 day avg starting on the 25th. But that my point (combined with my other posts). These FTards aren’t adjusting based on the index, as they are supposed to,  and suppressing the price to 1/3 of what they should pay on April 3rd. So who keeps the rest of the cash?

So index is up and uwt is down 15%. Bull$#it.  How many shares outstanding?
This cow hasn't tracked up with index in weeks - goes up 1X and DOWN 3 times. Look at today - index neutral and uwt DOWN 16%!  I expect that with about $478 million in assets between uwt/dwt, if anything less is dispersed to shareholders (such as the 5 day avg announced)  there will be a class action.
