The Fund may also temporarily owning homes that are not offered for rent, but that is only intended to be realized. The Fund's investments focus primarily on smaller homes in attractive areas. The Fund's investment spreads on mortgage holdings in several housing companies and in different cities in Finland. The fund normally takes no more than 10-30% of the homes in a housing company. The Fund invests primarily in new homes, with the goal of holding the investment for 10 years. Geographically concentrated holdings to viable modes, with a well-functioning rental housing market. The Fund may, in contrast to the normal mutual funds, actively use debt finance for their investments. This means that the fund can provide returns for unitholders in a larger capital than the funds shareholders invested in the fund.
