Investment Strategy

Sub-Fund's investment objective is to increase the value of the Sub-Fund Assets as a result of the increase in value of investments. The Fund does not guarantee that the investment objective. Income derived by a Sub-Fund as a result of the increased value of the investments and the Sub-Fund Assets, respectively, the value of Units of Participation, and its payment is not possible without the redemption of the shares.

Biography	Mr Grel is a graduate of University of Opole, faculty of Economics, majoring in Business Management. He also obtained a diploma in Macroeconomics at the Central European University. Between 2004 and 2008, he gained experience in capital market institutions in London (Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank). In July 2008 he joined BZ WBK Asset Management S.A. as a financial analyst. In July 2009 Mr. Grel became a junior fund manager. In April 2010 he became the fund manager of two open-ended and one close-ended Arka funds.
