The fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth from a diversified portfolio of global equities. It consists principally of equities issued in Eligible Markets (as defined in Chapter 20. herein below), although, in compliance with Chapter 20., convertible bonds, fixed income transferable securities may also be used, as investment conditions dictate. It may also hold ancillary liquid assets within the limit of 20% of its Net Asset (as further specified under Chapter 20). In addition, the Sub-Fund may invest in commercial paper and other money market instruments, Money Market Funds and monetary type of UCITS and other UCIs (within the limit set out by the Law) for treasury purposes or in case of unfavourable market conditions. There is no pre-determined geographical distribution as the Sub-Fund seeks to maximise returns by exploiting investment opportunities wherever they arise.
