The mutual fund Tapiola Dividend invests globally on the equity markets. The investment objects are moderately valued companies with a dividend income exceeding the average income or companies who are expected to increase their dividend. The assets are invested in shares of between 30-40 carefully selected companies in order to attain a sufficient spread in different branches and geographical areas. A good return is pursued with an independent and analytic company selection. Investment objects are not selected on the basis of indexes. The companies are analysed carefully and especially the company cash flow, profitability and balance sheet. Each investment object is also subject to a responsibility analysis. The assets allocation requirements are based on the Act on Common Funds. The fund can invest in derivatives in order to promote efficient portfolio management or protect itself from unfavourable market changes.
