Investment Strategy

the Sub-fund's investment objective is to achieve regular returns and short and medium term capital growth. The Sub-fund aims to achieve its investment objective by actively managing a portfolio mainly invested in green bonds and/or social bonds issued by governments, supranational institutions, governmental authorities and/or companies from anywhere in the world. “Green bonds” are debt securities and/or money market instruments specifically designed to raise funds for projects with a positive impact on the climate and the environment. “Social bonds” are debt securities and/or money market instruments specifically designed to raise funds for projects with a positive social impact. The Sub-fund seeks to maintain an overall ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) rating of at least BBB at portfolio level, calculated based on the ESG ratings awarded to each of the securities in its portfolio by MSCI ESG Research.
