Investment Strategy

The Sub-Fund aims to deliver capital growth over the long term (at least five years), while providing income. The Sub-Fund will invest at least 70% in a range of open and closed-ended funds to obtain an exposure to a mix of fixed income securities and shares. The Sub-Fund is actively managed and the allocation between the fixed income securities and shares in which the Sub-Fund invests will vary in response to short term market conditions. However, the investment manager operates a cautious strategy, meaning that the allocation to shares will remain within a 20%-60% range.
