Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation. The investment objective of the Fund will be obtained by predominantly gaining exposure to global equity markets. The Fund will gain this exposure by investing in equities, equity related securities (including common stocks, preferred stocks and securities convertible into or exchangeable for such equity securities) and Investment Funds (including exchange traded funds) that are listed or traded on Recognised Markets. For the avoidance of doubt, the Fund allows for exposure to Emerging Market equities. It is the intention that the Fund’s investments in Emerging Markets will be limited to a maximum of 30% of the Net Asset Value of the Fund. The Fund is actively managed.
