1. Exposure to bonds included in the Tel Aviv SE Tel-Bond Composite Index shall not be less than 75%. 2. There will be no exposure to equity. 3. Foreign currency exposure shall not exceed 10% and not be less than (-10%). 4. There will be no exposure to non-investment grade rated bonds. 5. In case the Tel Aviv stock Exchange will allow using the index as a benchmark for a tracking fund, the fund manager intends to change the fund's investment policy and make it a fund which tracks the a/m index. 6. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign exchange held by the fund, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity overseas through foreign stock markets shall not exceed 10% of the net value of its assets. 7. The fund will not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds and to cash and deposits deposited in banks which are not included in the first credit risk rating group.
