Investment Strategy
The Fund aims to capture long-term capital growth by investing in high quality companies either listed on emerging market exchanges (including Frontier markets) or that have significant operations in emerging market countries. The Fund may invest in American Depository Receipts (ADRs), Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and derivatives. A maximum of 20% may also be invested in other unit trusts or exchange traded funds (ETFs). The Fund Managers are fundamental, long-term investors who invest in companies with high quality business models, high margins of safety in their fundamental valuations and that meet their minimum corporate governance standards. They apply a rigorous and robust bottom-up investment process, displaying high conviction, patience and resilience to achieve long-term capital growth.
