SASKATOON, Saskatchewan, July 26 (Reuters) - ICE Canada canola futures rose on Thursday, in sympathy with strength in rival oilseeds.
* Traders took in stride an average Canadian canola yield estimate from the Grain World crop tour of 41.9 bushels per acre, up from the previous year's 41.1 bushels. Canola continues to trade in a tight range, a trader said, adding it climbed on U.S. soybeans' early firmness.
* November canola RSX8 gained 3.30 at $492.80 per tonne in thin volume.
* The November-January canola spread traded 989 times.
* Chicago November soybeans SX8 dipped in late trading on technical selling. November Paris Matif rapeseed futures /COMX8 and Malaysian October crude palm oil 1FCPOV8 rose.
* The Canadian dollar CAD= was trading at $1.3061 to the U.S. dollar, or 76.56 U.S. cents at 12:39 p.m. CDT (1739 GMT).
