Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Oil & Gas and Healthcare sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 2.87%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which fell 0.46% or 1.1 points to trade at 239.6 at the close. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) fell 1.34% or 3.50 points to end at 257.80 and William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH) was down 1.82% or 2.5 points to 134.7 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Genmab (CO:GEN), which lost 5.84% or 72.0 points to trade at 1161.0 in late trade. Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) declined 3.82% or 10.0 points to end at 251.7 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) shed 3.68% or 36.0 points to 943.5.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 125 to 36 and 11 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 2.55% or 1.29 to $49.27 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 2.39% or 1.24 to hit $50.71 a barrel, while the August Gold contract rose 0.17% or 2.15 to trade at $1274.85 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.32% to 6.5908, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.4348.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.34% at 94.42.
