Copper Lake Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based metals exploration company. The Company is engaged in exploration and development of mineral resource properties. Its properties include Marshall Lake Property, Norton Lake Property and Centrefire Redhat Property. The Marshall Lake property is engaged in mining Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) copper, zinc, silver and gold project comprises an area of over 220 square kilometers (sq. km), which is situated around 20 kilometers (kms) north of Geraldton, Ontario. It has 79.45% interest in the joint ventured property, which consists of around 233 claims and over 52 mining leases. It includes over 148 claim cells. It has 69.79% joint venture interest in the Norton Lake nickel, copper, cobalt, and palladium PGM property, located in the southern Ring of Fire area, is approximately 100 km north of the Marshall Lake Property. It is located about 50 km northeast of Fort Hope, Ontario, and about 400 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
