* BOC'S MACKLEM: AS WE MOVE INTO Q2 2020 AND MORE CANADIANS ARE VACCINATED, WE EXPECT TO SEE SUSTAINED STRENGTH IN CONSUMPTION, WITH SERVICES PICKING UP FROM VERY DEPRESSED LEVELS
