TORONTO, Oct 19 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index turned positive shortly after the open on Thursday as energy stocks reversed opening losses, while financial stocks and Teck Resources TECKb.TO led declines.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE rose 2.08 points, or 0.01 percent, to 15,784.24. Half of the index's 10 key sectors advanced.
