WARSAW, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Poland's third biggest power
producer Enea ENAE.WA plans to spend 17 billion zlotys ($4.59
billion) in 2015-2020 that would be covered from own sources and
debt, the company said in an updated strategy published on
Monday.
The state-run utility said it planned to base its strategy
on takeovers. Already on Monday morning it announced plans to
buy a majority stake in its main coal supplier Bogdanka

Enea also wants to develop its generation capacity, by
adding 1,075 megawatts (MW) to its output by 2017 and additional
500 megawatts in renewable sources of energy by 2020.
