Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Financials, Consumer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.06%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS), which rose 2.62% or 10.7 points to trade at 419.5 at the close. Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) added 2.44% or 8.10 points to end at 340.20 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was up 0.85% or 2.10 points to 248.80 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which lost 1.90% or 12.0 points to trade at 621.0 in late trade. Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) declined 1.01% or 5.1 points to end at 499.4 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) shed 0.50% or 60 points to 11870.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 71 to 51 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.97% or 0.49 to $49.86 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.96% or 0.53 to hit $54.95 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.09% or 1.13 to trade at $1309.67 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.12% to 6.2178, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4412.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 91.79.
