Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Industrials, Real Estate and Financials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.20%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH), which rose 6.23% or 8.4 points to trade at 143.2 at the close. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) added 2.26% or 5.80 points to end at 262.10 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) was up 1.31% or 2.1 points to 162.9 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb), which lost 2.30% or 6.3 points to trade at 267.3 in late trade. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) declined 2.28% or 270 points to end at 11560 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) shed 2.05% or 230 points to 11010.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 66 to 52 and 19 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.59% or 0.85 to $54.44 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 1.33% or 0.74 to hit $56.58 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 1.41% or 17.45 to trade at $1250.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.19% to 7.0265, while EUR/DKK rose 0.00% to 7.4333.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.32% at 100.99.
