OTTAWA, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Canadian farmers expect to produce more soybeans, oats and corn in 2017, but also expect declines in wheat, barley and canola, in part because of very dry conditions in in the southern parts of the prairies, Statistics Canada indicated on Thursday.
