Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Real Estate Development, Insurance and Media & Publishing sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.82%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Cable Company (SE:2110), which rose 6.78% or 0.56 points to trade at 8.82 at the close. Najran Cement Company (SE:3002) added 3.26% or 0.30 points to end at 9.49 and Etihad Etisalat Co (SE:7020) was up 3.15% or 0.63 points to 20.66 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Indian Company Insurance (SE:8110), which lost 9.83% or 1.11 points to trade at 10.18 in late trade. The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030) declined 5.06% or 1.05 points to end at 19.72 and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311) shed 4.99% or 0.53 points to 10.10.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 147 to 35 and 3 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 4.57% or 3.23 to $67.48 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $76.47 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.25% or 3.20 to trade at $1301.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.60% to 4.3687, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.52% at 94.21.
