Sept 1 (Reuters) - Neovasc Inc NVCN.TO :

* Decision from appeals court upholds lower court decisions but denies injunction

* Panel of U.S. court of appeals affirmed judgment of U.S. court in case of cardiaq valve tech versus neovasc

* If judgement is not altered through additional appellate proceedings, Neovasc must pay full judgement of approximately US$112 million

* Panel also affirmed district court's decision not to enjoin Neovasc's Tiara program

* Presently considering whether to pursue further appellate review of panel's decisions on other issues presented by judgment

* There are no other monetary damages arising from judgement, Neovasc remains joint inventor of '964 patent
