The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in stocks of companies operating in the consumer discretionary sector, which include automobiles and automotive parts, durable consumer goods and clothing, client services, media, and distribution. It invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Europe Consumer Discretionary Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as Amundi ETF MSCI Europe Consumer Discretionary. Amundi ETF MSCI Europe Consumer Discretionary UCITS ETF was formed on November 19, 2008 and is domiciled in France.
