The fund is co-managed by Invesco Capital Management LLC, Northwest & Ethical Investments L.P. It invests in public equity markets of the United States. The fund invests directly and through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in dividend paying stocks of companies. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the S&P ESG High Yield Dividend Aristocrats FMC Weighted Index, by using full replication technique. The fund does not invest in stocks of companies operating across controversial weapons, coal, thermal coal, tobacco products, oil sands, small arms, military contracting sectors.
