For its commodity, the fund uses derivatives such as futures to invest in energy, metals and agricultural/livestock products. It invests in commodities futures through a wholly owned Cayman Islands subsidiary. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Stoneport Advisors Dynamic Commodity Index – Total Return, by using representative full replication technique. For its fixed income portion, it invests in short-term U.S. Treasury securities. It employs long/short strategy create its portfolio.
