Investment Strategy
The investment objective of the portfolios is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in global portfolios of equity securities that are determined by the Investment Manager to be undervalued. The portfolios will invest primarily in diversified portfolios of equity securities from around the world, including the United States. The Portfolio’s value stocks are selected using the fundamental value investment discipline of the Investment Manager's Bernstein Unit. In selecting stocks, the Investment Manager's value investment teams seek to identify companies whose long-term earning power and dividend paying capability are not reflected in the current market price of their securities.
