** British Columbia's government wants to restrict shipments of oilsands crude in pipelines and on railways cars in the province through a series of proposed new rules that is set to create additional uncertainty for Kinder Morgan (NYSE:KMI) Canada Ltd's KML.TO C$7.4-billion ($6 billion) Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
Next week, the Ontario government will receive C$1 billion, the gross proceeds from its latest green bond offering. It's the fourth offering it will have completed over the past three years, the largest it has brought to the market and the biggest by any Canadian issuer.
