Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.30%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK), which rose 0.98% or 3.2 points to trade at 330.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Tryg A/S (CO:TRYG) added 0.85% or 1.1 points to end at 130.1 and Novozymes B (CO:NZYMb) was up 0.67% or 2.2 points to 330.2 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ISS A/S (CO:ISS), which fell 3.14% or 7.70 points to trade at 237.50 at the close. Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) declined 1.67% or 7.4 points to end at 437.0 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) was down 1.25% or 10.5 points to 827.5.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 82 to 78 and 9 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.03% or 0.42 to $40.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.06% or 0.03 to hit $43.55 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.16% or 1.70 to trade at $1066.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.02% to 7.0095, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4604.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.05% at 99.77.
