Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Industrials, Investment and Agriculture sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.13%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p), which rose 2.13% or 720.0 points to trade at 34480.0 at the close. Conconcret (CN:CIC) added 1.96% or 16.0 points to end at 834.0 and Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) was up 1.08% or 360.0 points to 33560.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Grupoaval (CN:GAA), which lost 2.83% or 35.0 points to trade at 1200.0 in late trade. Ecopetrol SA (CN:ECO) declined 2.20% or 65.0 points to end at 2890.0 and Cementos Argos Pf (CN:CCB_p) shed 1.65% or 130.0 points to 7750.0.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 12 to 11 and 3 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for July delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $120.58 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in July fell 1.82% or 47.50 to hit $2561.50 , while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.48% or 6.20 to trade at $1297.50 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.25% to 2879.00, while BRL/COP fell 2.31% to 771.37.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.16% at 94.36.
