Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Investment, Public Services and Financials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.25%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Banco De Bogota SA (CN:BBO), which rose 3.03% or 2000.0 points to trade at 68000.0 at the close. Cementos Argos Pf (CN:CCB_p) added 2.31% or 150.0 points to end at 6650.0 and Etb (CN:ETB) was up 1.83% or 6.0 points to 333.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Cemex Latam Holdings SA (CN:CLH), which lost 2.26% or 130.0 points to trade at 5620.0 in late trade. Grupo Nutresa SA (CN:NCH) declined 2.20% or 540.0 points to end at 24000.0 and Pfgrupsura (CN:SIS_p) shed 1.50% or 480.0 points to 31500.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 13 to 9 and 4 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for December delivery was down 0.82% or 0.80 to $97.15 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in December fell 1.17% or 26.00 to hit $2198.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.08% or 1.00 to trade at $1205.40 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.10% to 2998.90, while BRL/COP rose 0.30% to 736.63.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 93.72.
