Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Public Services, Industrials and Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.37%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Interconnection Electric SA ESP (CN:ISA), which rose 1.88% or 260.0 points to trade at 14080.0 at the close. Grupo Argos SA (CN:ARG) added 1.37% or 260.0 points to end at 19280.0 and Celsia SA (CN:CEL) was up 0.87% or 40.0 points to 4625.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Conconcret (CN:CIC), which lost 4.01% or 38.0 points to trade at 910.0 in late trade. Promigas (CN:PMG) declined 3.03% or 230.0 points to end at 7370.0 and Etb (CN:ETB) shed 2.00% or 8.0 points to 392.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 19 to 10 and 4 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for July delivery was up 0.72% or 0.86 to $119.58 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in July rose 0.25% or 7.00 to hit $2758.00 , while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.61% or 8.00 to trade at $1321.00 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 1.12% to 2824.50, while BRL/COP fell 1.27% to 795.77.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.44% at 92.54.
